Therapies
Within my work I am qualified to use a mixture of therapies to help with encouraging relaxation, deal with depression and low mood, reduce anxiety and to help find solutions to problems and to encourage positive behaviour change.
All of which add to an extremely strong way of working that helps promote general wellbeing and increased personal performance.
I also have extensive knowledge on counselling and intervention skills, Case management, Assessment, Action planning and Treatment options, Safer Working practices, Domestic violence, dealing with challenging and aggressive behaviour, Self-Harm, Creative interventions, Affective communication, Family interventions, Mediation and safeguarding Adults and Young People.
The main therapies I use are listed here below which can be used alone or to compliment other areas of work although I am also trained to use a large mixture of others.
